The Balikatan Board of Directors (BOD)—a body of seven (7) elected members lovingly referred to as our Officers—is entrusted with the sacred responsibility of stewarding the property, affairs, and mission of the corporation. Each member is a Christ-centered servant-leader whose deepest desire is to honor God and faithfully serve His people.

Individually and collectively, the BOD is committed to advancing Balikatan’s Vision and ensuring the organization’s short- and long-term goals are prayerfully pursued and wisely managed. Every Director serves a two-year term and may be re-elected upon its completion, fostering both continuity and growth in leadership.
