Attached is a copy of the meeting minutes of the 2009 Balikatan Business Meeting held on July 3-5, 2009 at the Prince Conference Center, Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The minutes will be presented for approval during the 2010 Balikatan Business Meeting. Please review, print your copy, and bring the minutes to the 2010 conference.
I will also print out a few copies and bring them to the conference for those who do not have a copy.
