I Chronicles 16:34 “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.”

As our Prayer Day falls on Thanksgiving Day, let us take time to praise and thank God.

1. From Landy and Annabelle Ancheta, Toronto: We are very thankful to our wonderful God for Landy’s successful colon surgery. Our journey so far has been intense but God’s embrace was even more so. We also thank God for His people who ministered to us in so many ways. The bond we hold as Christians is priceless. There is nothing like it.

2. From Valerie Malabonga, Virginia: I praise God that we were able to sell our old house very quickly and find a new house in a short time as well. I also thank God that my in-laws were able to find a rental soon after they lost their Marikina home in the Typhoon Ondoy floods.

3. From Cecilia Valdez, Thailand: This is the third week of second-term classes at Yala Raj and praise the Lord with me for the new Thai teacher of English who is also a believer and is quite enthusiastic about the opportunities for ministry among the students and teachers.

4. From Digna Barreto, Maryland: On behalf of the Fund Development Committee, I would like to thank some of you who have joyously and sacrificially supported our Project 11/9, all for the cause of IVCF Philippines.

5. From Erickson Velardo, IVCF Philippines: I present to you good news about our 5 Flagship Programs. Students are hearing the gospel, responding in faith, growing in discipleship, prepared to be missionaries, learning to be leaders, and nurturing our movement. Our IVCF graduates continue to contribute to the movement in many ways. Give praise to God for His mighty acts in our midst.
