Balikatan Conference 2012 Update

As has been a tradition in Balikatan Conferences, we are going to have an auction to raise funds for IVCF Philippines. Please have your auction item for Balikatan 2012 go through your local Balikatan group. Your local leaders have received the auction guidelines and should know how to process inclusion of your item to the conference auction. God Bless and see you in Florida very soon.
