Hello Everyone.

Preparation for the 2009 Balikatan Conference, hosted by the Michigan group, is in full swing and we would like to give everyone the opportunity to be involved.

This year, IVCARES, the Chicago area group, is taking part in the preparation by putting together the souvenir program for the Balikatan Conference.  The project will help raise funds to be used to subsidize the conference.  You can help by posting your own advertisement(s) or greeting(s) or by asking friends, businesses, etc. to post theirs.

You may print as many as you need for distribution.  If you are unable to print or make copies, you may give us the names and addresses of your prospects and we will send the forms and letters to them.

The deadline for submission is May 31, 2009.  Please make checks payable to Balikatan.  Filled out forms and payments should be sent to Maribel Mateo, 485 Stratford Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
